This is an excellent place if you want a quiet vacation, in a cool weather in nature. The facility is not new but its excellent. The staff is VERY friendly and accomedating. The place have 2 pools one indoor and one outdoor. The weather in the summer is absolutely perfect. My only complaint is that when we wanted to extend they would not allow us to keep the same rate we were paying previously, and basically wanted 2 times the price per night. I understand if it was full but for that specific day it seem to me that the place was relatively empty.

Comfortable room for one night. Biggest complaint was the smell. Walking into building 5 yours hit with this horrible acrid smell that actually made me gag. Fortunately the room was okay but the hallways were gross. Otherwise it was good.

The property was very well maintained. Our room was very spacious and nice and clean. We did not receive any room service during our stay, We did end up running out of toilet paper and clean towels and had to walk all the way to the front desk which wasn’t attached to our building, a little inconvenient but not the worst thing ever(I’m sure if we had requested room service we could of gotten it). The pool was big and clean at a great temperature. The staff was very friendly. My only other complaint was when I booked the room on Expedia I filtered my stay to choose something that had breakfast included and this hotel popped up, and upon arrival they did not have breakfast. Our room did have a kitchen in it so we just went to the local market and got food to make at the room and there was many amazing food options around the hotel! Overall it was a great stay in a BEAUTIFUL location, we would definitely book again.

Our family of 6 had a wonderful time here! The front desk staff were so friendly and helpful. The pool was clean, with a children’s area and playground right nearby. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. Beautiful scenic views and area.
