We had no sink hot water. Were told it could not be fixed till next day. I asked for a differt room, he said(owner) they were full up and we could just use shower water. We were staying 5 days. No one showed up. We did find the lines were swiched with our own search. No one came the next day and we did NOT tell them we fixed it. 3rd day asked for clean towels and was informed I had to bring them to laundry and get even exchange only! I did go get them and then was told the laundry was closed

Amazing would stay again

Staff was exceptionally efficient and gracious, especially Kevin who somehow remembered our names every day. Beautiful rooms, most excellent snacks. We were only 2 days away from the dining room re-opening after renovation, so we will have to come back!! Thank you!

We paid for an early check in had to ask for money back because couldn't check in until regular time. Only parking is in lot across street they didn't tell us to mention we are staying at the hotel to get a lower rate and it's not posted anywhere. Location is cool but a lot of homless and mentally ill ppl around area. Overall the bed was small but very comfortable room was clean staff was nice and patient.
