The room was very clean and well stocked/furnished. I was able to cook full meals in the kitchen. You can hear everything that people are doing in other units at all times.

It's was okay, not family friendly. Staff was very helpful and pleasant 😊 It's was great walking distance to UAB along the way I saw some of Bham. The good the bad and the homelessness. My experience was purposefully.

Very disappointing stay. We booked two rooms, and unfortunately, one of the rooms had an AC that wasn’t working properly. Neither room had extra bedding for the pull-out sofa. When we went to the front desk to request sheets and pillows, we were told they only had a couple of sheets available and that all of the pillows were already in use. For a hotel, I would expect basic bedding to be available for the sleeping arrangements provided in the room. The next morning, we checked out around 7:00 AM and went to the front desk to get breakfast. We were told that no one had shown up to prepare breakfast, so there was none available. We knew the hotel was under construction when we booked, and we understood that. However, we didn’t expect the hospitality to feel like it was under construction too. Unfortunately, the lack of basic accommodations and customer service made for a very unpleasant experience. We were not happy with our stay and would not choose to stay here again.
