We like everything about the Haliburton. The staff were wonderful and helpful, the hotel is beautiful and clean. The room was spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The bathroom had everything we needed and was clean. The area around the Haliburton had everything we wanted, dinning, shopping and we were downtown and very close to the waterfront. We would stay there again.

Only thing I didn't love was that the bathroom was quite small and it was central air so we couldn't make it colder in the room. But there were fans available. Clean and nice place overall

The building is absolutely beautiful. This historic structure is well situated by the waterfront of Halifax. The staff is so very friendly and helpful. The courtyard is a nice touch.

Beautiful Boutique Hotel Stay in Halifax

Stay was amazing! They are very close to the Halifax harbour and to downtown. The hotel is in 3 historic buildings so no elevators but only 3 flights of stairs at most. They have a beautiful little patio are complete with waterfall and daily happy hour. Staff was great, very helpful and friendly.

Did not appreciate : Room really small, you have to squeeze your way to get to the bed and to the bathroom. Only one chair for two people in the room and in the common area on our floor. No 24 hours coffee, stock was not refill in our room. Liked : The garden. The position, you can see the waterfront from the entrance door, 3 minutes walk to the boardwalk. We really liked the italian restaurant Trattoria Vesso, one street corner down the street, very special hamburger and wonderful desert the millefeuilles. It is important to mention, the initiative to buy and use old buildings it is to be admired. Congratulation and keep up the good work.
