Hales Corners Vacation Packages

This is a great place for a family reunion or vacation. We went in July and there used to be a lot fur everyone to do and enjoy. Spa is also very nice.

For a four-star resort, I expected more from both service and housekeeping. On our second day, we had to actually request housekeeping ourselves for fresh towels and bed service. Even then, they did the bare minimum — no bath soap refill, a dirty washcloth left in the shower, and no toilet paper restocked. Those are basic standards for any hotel, let alone one at this level. The interior of the property itself is showing its age, and it doesn’t feel especially clean.

Ask for code to access unit one day prior. Very inconvenient. They are supposed to email code and don’t. Two families traveling together experienced no code prior to arrival. Unit was wonderful Except for the AC not working during the night in TWO units, temperature reaching 81-degrees in the middle of the night. There is sooo much potential here, but as for now it’s a crap shoot.
