Laundry facilities were trash , washing machine shredded our clothes . Bleach was in fabric softener dispenser also ruined clothes . Staff said nothing they can do we’re on our own , but note says any problems with laundry let them know. Let them know for what they didn’t even check to see what our issue was so the next persons clothes aren’t ruined . Besides rude staff, the ridiculous amount of cigarette smoking directly in front of the door and filthy carpet and mold smell The hotel overall is clean and nice..

I like the breakfast and indoor pool.

Really can't complain too much, it was not well soundproofed, as late night noise and early morning noise was a little annoying. Also when returning to my room after being out the first day, my key card would not work, even the one I left in my room, was ineffective, I assume on check in it was only programmed for one night. It was resolved without incident.
