Room was clean but dated. All rooms are in a row with outside access. This can be nice but it also means you are sharing the same space with anyone else that goes outside. Bathrooms are clean and functional but showing their age. Lighting in the bathroom is dim. Pools both outside and inside appear nice. Bar has nice outdoor seating overlooking the water. If this is where you want to be, it's going to cost you as the price is elevated for what it truly offers.

Ask for code to access unit one day prior. Very inconvenient. They are supposed to email code and don’t. Two families traveling together experienced no code prior to arrival. Unit was wonderful Except for the AC not working during the night in TWO units, temperature reaching 81-degrees in the middle of the night. There is sooo much potential here, but as for now it’s a crap shoot.

Instructions to find the Serenity apartments at Wauwatosa Wisconsin weren't great but once we found the actual apartment, it exceeded our expectations. It was truly a home away from home, as it was immaculately clean and had everything needed for a fuss free stay. Shops and restaurants witin walking distance. We highly recommend staying here and will definitely be returning for a longer extended stay!
