Without reservation, one of the great American hotel experiences.

Great location to the Third District. Felt very safe. Had a little issue with our code working the elevator, but it was corrected. Parking was a little confusing at first, but was in a great location and felt very secured. We had a great time and will be back; wouldn't hesitate to stay again. The only other thing it would have been nice to have a refrigerator in the room, since you are so close to the public market.

Last minute reservation but found a room available thru Expedia. The room was nice and clean. The morning breakfast got me off to a good start. The location was great and I was very pleased. I would definitely stay again if I was passing thru. The staff were very nice, friendly, and accommodating.

Overall, this stay was okay. However, for the price, I was disappointed. I have stayed in “nicer” hotels for less than what we paid at this hotel and this hotel’s amenities were dated. Additionally, our room’s shower drain was broken and the room was not properly stocked. The staff was attentive and fixed it when we brought it to their attention but it was inconvenient and the drain not working was kind of gross to be honest.

The only incident I had was the attendant sitting outside the arcade. I purchased day passes for the water park online after talking to the front desk. My son and I were leaving to go back to our room when the attendant told us the front desk should of gave us a separate wrist band to get back into the hotel. I should her our key card but insisted we needed a band. She was very rude and I really thought she wasn't going to let us go through the doors and we would have to walk outside to get back to our room. There was no reason for her to have an attitude after all the money we spent there.
