Do Better Marriott

The sleeper sofa in our original room was stained with blood and urine. When we asked for a new sleeper sofa… They did not have one so all they could do was offer us a new room. The new room stunk of cigarette smoke and did not have a balcony and the bathroom was in terrible shape. I am a frequent Marriott customer and this was not a very good experience although the hotel staff was very good, the accommodations were not.

Run down, charges for breakfast

Bed was VERY FIRM first room had leaky ceiling. Low water pressure in 2nd Good space otherwise. Was not offered any upgrade for inconvenience of moving out of damaged room.
