This should never happen to anyone

The guy at the front office changed me cash and said I was smoking me nor my wife smokes which I had advised him but he locked us out of the room and didn’t give up new cards till I paid him ash and still charged my card for the same thing I need to speak to someone regarding my money also taken out my bags by hotel maids it was a nightmare I’m out of a lot of money and time I was treated very poorly and as u can see in the pictures which will also show the cleanliness I really need to speak to someone the elevator didn’t work for over hours this should never happen to anyone!!

They need to hire waiter staff and experienced cooks for their very inferior restaurant rather than using front desk and grounds to man those positions. Our waiter came to our table 4 times after taking our order and the food was terrible. The hash browns were barely browned and tasted raw. The Omelet I had was devoid of any discernible seasoning. Their restaurant was and is my sole complaint

Overall, it was okay.

The elevator stopped working properly during our stay. My husband has bad knees so that was very frustrating. The outside water was not working so we had to get the sand off of our feet at the outdoor pool. Great location and gorgeous view of the beach.

It was a nice place to stay for one night after we left our condo. I wouldnt recommend for an extended stay. Not enough power outlets for everything. The indoor pool was not very handicap accessible. The door that was accessible was locked and couldn't be opened. I will say the outdoor pool was great and very accessable. Overall, it was nice. I would stay there again but bring and extension cord.

Staff was no help when needing assistance. Elevator didn’t work and they can care less about their guests. If you need a cart for your luggage you have to search the hotel yourself to find one even after asking the front desk workers where you can get one.

The property is on the beach as stated. The restaurant attached a little bit to be desired. We were sitting for about 20 minutes before our waitress came to check on us. The restaurant was not full. Each time she came she sent someone else with requested item. Even that took a minute. This property might want yo work on that relationship. Food was okay.
