Excelente hotel! Habitaciones cómodas y confortables. Muy limpio y sin ruidos externos. El personal del lobby muy amable y nos sentimos bienvenidos siempre. Especial mención a Sr Francisco en el Bar. Oswaldo en el restaurante y Hector en la puerta hicieron nuestra estancia muy agradable. Recomiendo este Hotel para una estancia tranquila y centrica. Todo queda cerca. Hotel Aló Degollado is a clean boutique hotel in downtown Guadalajara. The staff is exceptionally attentive, in the front there is always a bellhop (attendant) and front desk staff ready to assist. They will call you a taxi and also ensure the garage is open for the taxi’s return. Anytime we needed something delivered to the room it was brought up right away. They stock free water bottles in the room daily. The restaurant has a variety of great food options.

The location was good it was close to everything. The bathroom was a bit dark. Taxi/uber drop off/pick up is a bit difficult since they don't have a main drive up entrance. The entrance to the hotel is in a plaza.
