Very clean and safe room. The staff was super friendly. The location is great with easy access to Main Square in Old Town and short walk to the Train Station. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Krakow.

We had a wonderful stay in Kraków! Our suite was beautiful and had both a private sauna and a jetted tub, which made the stay feel extra special. The highlight was definitely the amazing view of the Main Square. The hotel staff were also incredibly helpful in arranging our day trips to Auschwitz and the Wieliczka Salt Mine, making everything very easy and convenient for us. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would definitely recommend staying here when visiting Kraków!

Amazing hotel, beautiful and large room, and a perfect location. Breakfast was excellent.

From arriving to departure, my stay was very comfortable. The staff are hospitable and the bed is comfortable. If given the opportunity, I highly recommend the restaurant as it has a beautiful view.
