I did not like the lack of a working television and no hot water in room.

We stayed in the oleander building (didn’t realize it wasn’t the main hotel.) It was a short walk but we thought we were getting the resort view from our balcony. We got there at 4:30 pm and our room still wasn’t ready so they told us we could come back later, they didn’t text until around 6:30 saying it was ready. We walked in and it REAKED of smoke. Told the front desk and they offered to move us to a different room but it was in an even farther building so we declined. They sent someone out with carpet deodorizer and we left the balcony door open to air it out. Rooms are outdated and old, lights flicker and AC isn’t the best. We also found a live cockroach in the bathroom. And I saw some dead ones around the resort. The Echo restaurant is awful and way too expensive. They brought me doughy waffles that weren’t edible. There was only one guy working the pool area for drinks/food, so we walked up to the area where he was making the drinks and waited about 20 min. If you sit in the back he never made his way over there to take drink orders. The only thing good about this place is the pool and hot tub! But honestly could prob find a better place. Don’t think we will come back here for the price we paid!

This hotel is in an amazing location to walk to the pier , shops, and restaurants. Hotel sits across from the lighthouse and the ocean . Just a few steps to waters edge. View of the lighthouse from my balcony was awesome . Pool felt great and was clean . Towels were readily available when I asked the front desk for fresh ones. Short drive ti East Beach. Hotel is having some renovations so it looks a little less than desirable in the halls but I would definitely stay here again. Onsite parking is a plus. Pleasant staff. Air conditioning worked great .

The room was clean and I was thankful for the breakfast.

Amazing place, truly wish we could have stayed longer

Love staying here as everything is within walking distance- restaurants, shops, live music, etc. Staff is always warm, welcoming and accommodating. Just be aware that housekeeping is mostly non-existent. You have to ask for clean sheets and towels. In four nights our trash was never emptied, coffee never re-stocked, floors never swept, soap and lotions never replaced. The housekeeping is the only negative.

Breakfast was great pricing was advertised and very clean. Had my service dog with me no problems and bags for cleaning longer mess. Would use again…
