Wonderful staff: especially front desk person when I was checking in!

Such a great stay and the owners have wonderful communication! Very kind and easy to work with! 10/10 would recommend.

I took my 15 year old daughter and 2 of her friends to a volleyball game at Michigan State. We arrived a little early and the girl at the front desk was very nice, she said the maids finished early so we could go ahead and check in. We got a 2 bedroom/2bathroom suite and it was everything we had hoped it would be. There was 2 queen beds in one room and a king bed in the other. There was a TV in the living room area and in each bedroom, the girls tried to turn their TV on but it wouldn't work, I tried the other 2 TV's and got the same thing, I called down to the front desk and she said she had to go up to someone else's room and fix it for them so she told me how to fix it and said if that didn't work to call her back, it did work. I was hearing traffic noise louder than I thought I should and when I checked the master bedroom window it was cracked open about an inch, when I tried to close it I had a very hard time getting it closed. When we were getting ready to go to bed I was going to close the bedroom doors and the master bedroom doors were very hard to close. The next morning we went down to breakfast, not the worst I ever had but not the best, there was a good variety of food, All in all, it was a very nice stay, the accommodations were nice with the exception of a few things that needs to be fixed, everything was very clean and the staff was great! Thank you so much, I definitely recommend the Staybridge and I'll use them again if I'm ever in the area!
