This property was not as shown in the picture. ALL rooms smelt like smoke. Druggies were hanging out everywhere outside the building in the parking lot. The lobby looked like it had never been cleaned. There are no blankets on beds. The floors looked like a dog had ripped them up. Horrible hotel. I will not ever stay at RED ROOF again or use EXPEDIA.
The trip started off entering a dark parking area. Nobody was at the front desk and the entry doors were glass and hadn’t been cleaned probably ever. Once I was in it was smooth but my wife was approached by several “disheveled folks” looking for money while in the car. I asked about the 15-minute cancellation policy that was posted and if anyone used it. She said “oh yes many times this week “. I got my keys and went to check the room. It smelled terrible, and I shot a video to use if this “no refund “ room was going to be a problem. The bed had a white comforter with significant stains, the furniture looked like it was rejected from Goodwill, and the smoke detector was making the beep from a low battery and actually was covered in a plastic bag so people could obviously smoke.
Room was poorly maintained and in disrepair. Holes in the wall. Doors and walls were peeling and scuffed. No soap, tissues, extra toilet paper, or hangers. Towels were dirty with stains. Beds had one sheet and thin blanket, one bed only had a sheet. Sink did not have a drain cover. Curly hair found on toilet seat cover.
Simply disgusting. Dirty sheets and blanket. There was 1 over head ceiling light. It was so disgusting inside I didn’t even lay my suitcase on the bed let alone floor. I left the property within 15 minutes of checking in, which by the way took 30 minutes as they ran out of key cards and had to also wait on the computer system to rebook to check-in. The place should be condemned.
My room was nothing like the pictures. The furniture was secondhand, the television had no remote and wouldn’t turn on for 2 nights, the tub needed an overhaul, the water was hooked up backwards, the toilet leaked when I flushed it.limited outlets.
Arrived to my hotel from around 10:30 pm, to have stained sheets and blankets, no remote, a used toilet paper roll with no replacement, 1 body towel and 1 floor mat, 2 stained washcloths, and PLENTY of roaches!!! I went back to lobby to ask for replacements and was told that ALL ROOMS sheets were as dirty as mine, that there was no more towels and would have to wait for them to be washed the next morning, That next morning I went down to the lobby at 11:00 am asking for the replacement sheets and towels. I was again told I'd have to wait until the laundry was complete. Disgusting and terrible customer service!
The toilet didn’t flush, the restroom door didn’t shut all the way, there was a hole in the ceiling above the shower and the bed was uncomfortable. How do you have a toilet that doesn’t flush?

Ok stay
Our stay was ok. The black women at front desk was wonderful, respectful, and friendly. There this housekeeping old couple barley speaks English. So they claim, they keep banging on my door for service or when I'm checking out. My bathroom and towels was dirty lucky I had my bleach spray. After servals times I said hold I'm naked or in the bathroom. They just keeping banging on the door. On top of that, they invade your privacy. They go in your room when you tell them not too because I had a dog. My dog is friendly when I am present but come in without me present can cause issue I dont want. This Indian lady knocking on my door. After told her our remote is good and we don't want service. You know what she did. She disregard what I said. Came knocking anyways and then barged her way in. My boyfriend was asleep naked. He woke up shocked and jumped. My dog sense there was an issue and could have bitten her. My dog is friendly but you must be introduced first. She continue to talked and say its front desk telling her no service. They don't listen and I'm very uncomfortable that housekeeping and management can just enter your room you paid for. Without any notification or anything that will warrant you to enter without permission. One thing made it more creepy was the owner was standing by my door for awhile. I watched him when I was at the store acrossed the street to see what he was going to do. They need English speaking workers. Don't bother me with I speak no English.
Roach motel... stains on the bed spread. No ice bucket or glasses. No remote for tv or ashtray in smoking room. Biggest plus was learning they are pet friendly! (Wish id known prior, because I left my pup at home...
Check in was ok. Ince i got checked in and proceeded to my room the key card would not work. I went to the front desk they fould get it work, so i got another room. I ger in the roim to find coaches crawling, the sheets was stained, holes in walls bathroom was terrible. The remote didnt work, nor the microwave. The cover was missing in the back of the door wires and battery pack exposed. Major upkeep and upgrades needed
By far the dirtiest and nastiest rental I've stayed in. The bathroom was nasty, white towels were yellow and brown. The bed sheets were stained with old blood and the door lock was busted. Avoid at all costs. The staff were friendly but we thought that we'd keep our remarks for ourselves.
