Found bed bugs, a German roach and mold in the 1st room. They changed my room and it only had one bed, and a German roach. The second room was non smoking and smelled like an ash trey. All 3 rooms were filthy. Hair in the bed, not clean at all, and some sort of grease on the floor of all 3 rooms. And they wouldn’t give me a refund. Spend the extra 20$ and get a nicer place.

Needs an upgrade for sure!!
I was disappointed with my recent stay. The room was not properly cleaned—there was visible dust, and the bathroom didn’t feel fresh. To make things worse, the ice machines on multiple floors were out of order, which was inconvenient. The shower knobs were also loose and hard to adjust, making it frustrating to use. Overall, the experience didn’t meet basic expectations for comfort or maintenance.
This was the dirtiest hotel we’ve ever stayed in. Half the occupants were residents of the hotel. Balconies were caving in, sheets were dirty, bathroom had mold, pool was cloudy, and the balcony door didn’t even lock.

Bad parking area, bugs in tub and room, refrigerator didn't work, floors were dirty and had not been mopped.
Front desk stayed on a personal call for 10 minutes before waiting on me. Sign on front desk saying "Absolutely no refunds" is suspect at best. Parking lot was no better than a rock grotto laced with cigarette butts. AC in room leaked water and when I used up half my meager towels soaking up the water so I could walk without soaking my feet my request for additional towels went unanswered. I had to kill 6 crickets in the tub before I could shower. Bed and chair in room were comfortable and if I had not been exhausted from a 600 mile drive I would have walked away refund or not. Hotels. Com should reimburse me and remove this hotel from its listings!
The staircase to the room had dog poop and was not clean through out the 3 days stay. The floors were dirty. The advertised breakfast was a lie. The property only has slices of bread, frozen pancakes, and frozen waffles displayed in a glass, very terrible. The pool has not been cleaned for months and appears very dirty. We had planned to use the pool during the visit, but unfortunately, we couldn't. The reasons the property was booked were unavailable at the time of the visit.
