I wasn’t able to check-in until 2am due to the system being down. The front desk concierge were not helpful with giving us information or help. Had to change in the bathroom for an event, where i was greeted by roaches. Highly disappointed with my stay!

Bed was very comfortable. Plumbing seems to be a problem, first room, bathroom floor gets flooded every time we flush toilet. Staff was very courteous and helpful, transferred us to another room. This room's walls down near floor shows water damage. Property needs to keep common areas clean.

I had stayed here previously, about eight months prior to this visit and a few other times before that. The property in general took a nosedive. They charge a $100 incidental fee without any mention of it. While checking in I asked the employee if we could park in the back to reach the room (on the second floor) faster and he said yes. So we parked in the back and unloaded to come inside only to find the elevator completely ripped apart and being worked on (at midnight) and it was an absolute mess. Rather than walking back to the front to use the elevator we went up the stairs instead and it wreaked of urine. The parking lot was absolutely trashed and there were multiple cars parked and running with loud music playing for very long periods of time. Bottom line, the high incidental rate and state of the staff and property make it pretty clear that this hotel is a hub for criminal activity. Would not recommend this unless you are into drugs and/or prostitution.
