Great service

This was my first time at the Embassy suites in Greensboro. I had previously experienced the embassy suites in both Charlotte and Virginia. I was surprised by the need for upgrades at this location. However, the customer service that I experienced made up for the short in my expectations of the property itself. The staff was kind, friendly and understanding of my expression. I am satisfied with my experience at this location overall 10 out of 10 will recommend. special thank you to MAkayla. Whom took care of my concerns. I was not happy that the pool was not open, but because I booked through a third-party, I did not see the notification on the website however, we still enjoyed our stay.

The overall experience was good but this hotel needs to be upgraded. Everything is so old. The curtains were ripped a little and the ceiling had water leakage spots. The best part was the full breakfast that they provided.

Overall good room space to spread out. Much older property (worn/dated carpet and furniture), and double beds are very small. Bathroom is tiny; but nice there is a sink/mirror in the bedroom to get ready while another person showers. Nice staff. Breakfast on weekend starts too late for early risers. Would consider again if price was better.

It’s a nice appearance when you walk in. Staff was great. They do allow animals and my room 413 definitely smelled of dog. I own dog and work hard to have that. It was off putting and I’m not sure I’d stay again for that reason.

Quality night's stay

I stayed in a 2queen bed suite which had plenty of room. It had a room for sleeping and a room for entertaining with a bed inside the sofa. All the snacks were free since we were in the premium suite. The room was clean and as a plus they give you 2 complimentary drinks during happy hour which was a great social hour. The bartender was great and made everyone feel like family and even refers to you as family. They even have a restaurant which we ordered lemon pepper wings and they were plentiful and good. The staff was always friendly and very helpful throughout my stay. The only drawback was the pool was closed for maintenance and I chose this hotel because of the indoor pool. My check- in was seamless and the young lady who helped was professional, patient and kind. I definitely will stay here again when back in the area.

The carpet furniture, and curtains in the rooms are dirty and outdated. The buffet is awful. They keep the bacon and sausage behind the grill/omelet station. So, u have to stand in a long line just to get 2 pieces of bacon and 2 sausages. The rooms stay cold and you have to call maintenance to switch it to heat. You can't control if u want heat vs cool. I have stayed at so many embassy suites and this is yet the worst and most outdated that I have ever been to. The amount of money that you pay to stay here isn't worth it.

Kids Say Bougie

My kids have been referring to everything in this place as bougie 😂. We travel A LOT and this is the most classically upscale hotel my kids have ever been in. It has everything: complimentary adult drinks, pool, fitness room, and breakfast. The restaurant was simple, but suited for everyone with complimentary snacks while we waited. The room was huge and clean. You can text the front desk to ask for things like more towels and they bring them to you quickly. The morning breakfast has everything, including a chef making made-to-eat omelets. Parent warning: there are pay drinks in the room, so I had to keep a close eye on my kiddos, because they wanted to see what $8 water tastes like

The facilities were top notch! The only thing on the "hot breakfast" bar that was hot was the omelet, the sausage and bacon, and the hot cereal. The overall expertise was wonderful! The stage was very pleasant and knowledgeable. The welcome was amazing. I would definitely recommend! My only regret is that we didn't get to stay an extra night to enjoy all that facility had to offer!

Found almost all of the staff to be very friendly and helpful. Was not told at check in anything about paying for parking. One checkout desk associate was amazing but one should find another career where she doesn't have to interact with customers.
