SNC Graduation Visit

The pictures of the hotel does not match what the hotel actually looks like. The hotel is out dated and needs updating. They offered breakfast however did not have enough to feed the hotel guest members.

Some employees at the front desk are very unfriendly. The sliding door of the bathroom did not work. I complained about it but they did not fix it. The coin dryer did not work after using up 5 dollars. I complained got no refund.

The biggest complaint was our toilet would not flush. Even after plunging it would not flush. We had to leave our room and go to the 1st floor to use the restroom. They didn’t have any other rooms to give us another room.

Hot tub is great clean and well stulock on towels. The walmart and gas station i within walking distance. Also culvers and tacobell. Wish they has an earlier way to do late check out it. It defeats the purpose of it if u call the same morning.

We arrived later in the day (7pm) & when we arrived, there was nobody to check us in for like 15 minutes. Night sleep was really good, breakfast was good. At about 9am, my child was in the hall & someone asked him if we were checking out, he stated no. Then my husband went down to grab a cart to get packed up & was confronted by 2 employees asking if he was in room ---? he stated yes & they asked "you checking out?" He said not yet, but we will be. When we were starting to take our stuff out to the vehicle, & was confronted again! It was only 9:30 when we left & I thought that was really rude.
