The room was spotless in every way. Staff were exceptional from the pickup at the airport. Staff addressed me by name, accommodated all preferences, made sure that I had everything I could possibly need and checked on me often. The rooms aren't fancy and there isn't a TV however the beauty of the views more than made up for that. There also wasn't a gym o site but again there was plenty of beach to get a workout in.

Todo bien, no me gusto no tienen buenos espectaculos por las noches se tornado algo aburrido,en ocaciones muy frequented el agua de la llave de bañarse duele muy mal ,a fosa,no siempre pero pasa frecuente y lo ultimo la musica es solo Regue nunca escucharas otro genero y mucho menos Hispana por lo demas todo muy bueno

Alarms went on for over an hour at time I couldn’t sleep electricity went out a few times I was shocked at the issues the hotel had I paid a higher price for this hotel by choice because I wanted a high end hotel and was SHOCKED at all the issues I experienced.

Loved my stay, I got back today! This would be 10x better if it were an all inclusive or more incentives for the guest. We couldn’t get a refill on water or any juice in the fridge, everything was only for your first day. More restaurants!

If you are a Black American be mindful that you may experience micro aggressions and poor customer service. Communication is horrid. Staff is not on one accord. Be mindful that staying at the reef you have to go 15-20mins away via shuttle to get to any and everything including the gym. Not convenient. Ordered my son’s birthday cake in advance and confirmed the day before then the morning of they showed up over an hour late interrupting the trajectory of the rest of what was supposed to be his special day. Our toilet overflowed with bubbles and maintenance did not come until the next day. They very much don’t give a damn and will take your money and deliver below mediocre service.

Harborside at Atlantis. The resort was beautiful, very clean, and well maintained. Our only negative experience was check-in. Unfortunately, our room wasn’t ready at check-in and we had to wait two hours before we were able to check in, which was disappointing after traveling. Aside from the delayed check-in, we really enjoyed our stay and had a wonderful experience overall.
