Elevators were broken. Only had rooms available on the 3rd Floor. Front Desk apologized for inconvenience and allowed me to switch my room to two queen beds so my daughter and I didn't have to share also gave us a discount. With all of this it was still very difficult to carry a full size suitcase and everything else we brought up multiple flights of stairs. Or any other time we left our room.

The staff was excellent: friendly, accurate,cheerful. Everything was a solid good overall. One small detail was not good: The breakfast scrambled eggs were always cold.

Very nice and reasonable priced hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was really good, but ran out and took too long to restock and people had to wait. Otherwise a great stay.

The power went out and the staff said they hadn't heard anything about when it would be back or if crews were working on it. I need electricity for a medical device and was told even if we leave we would still be charged the full rate since we went in the room. We were only in the room 5 munutes before the power went out.

Clean & family friendly

Great hotel with clean rooms, well maintained. Continental breakfast. However, pool is tiny that even my kids did not want to use it and parking lot was barely plowed during 3 snowy days.
