Hospitality at Its Best with Tracy & Jada

Tracy was outstanding—always helpful, welcoming, and smiling from the moment we arrived. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast had a great variety of options and was truly enjoyable. A wonderful stay at Tru by Hilton Grand Rapids Airport! Jada greeted us with her bright, welcoming smile that instantly made us feel at home. She went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and truly made our experience enjoyable. Great location 5 mins. from the airport and hotel shuttle service is excellent. Staff very helpful and extremely cordial. No bath tubs except in handicap rooms. Quality of the breakfast was good but not exceptional.

Okay I chose this place based on the cleanliness score, it was very high and it was clean and the beds comfortable. However, the breakfast bar had the pancake machine broken both days. We had long meetings that ended late and wanted a hot tea or coffee but both nights the dispensers had not been managed and everything was cold. One staff member admitted she did not know how to manage them. The milk was bad in the little containers as well. We travel a lot and stay in hotels, we are thankful for clean and comfortable rooms, you got that. But the little things make take the journey over the top.

Stayed 3 nights, sheets didn't fit on king bed. They were either for double bed. Never had housekeeping called front desk twice to get clean towels and had to pick them up at front desk around 8:45pm Floor in bathroom very slippery and fell coming out of shower. Noise from room AC was very noisy kept getting worse the day of checkout. On the positive side, staff at front desk very nice. .
