The staff here were super friendly and helpful, honestly can’t say enough nice things about them. Really appreciated how kind and accommodating everyone was! That said, just a heads-up: this is definitely on the budget end of the listings, so don’t roll in expecting luxury. The place could use a bit of a refresh, some of the towels and bedding had stains, and the floors could use a deep clean. Walking in kinda felt like stepping into a Waffle House at 2AM (no hate, just vibes). Overall, you get what you pay for, solid service and a decent stay if you manage expectations.

Disgusting, DO NOT BOOK HERE!

This was the worst experience we've ever had. The picture is from the first room they gave us, which had obviously been slept in. It was very dirty. The second room they gave us smelled so bad like animal urine (literally the worst I've ever smelled in my life) that we turned in the key and left. They rufused to give us a refund even though we did not stay there. I never in life have seen a worse hotel/motel than this. I've stay is some bad places, but never have I felt the need to leave.

That's the nastiest hotel I've stayed at in 25 years I didn't know anything like this still exists do yourself a favor and READ the reviews and take it for gospel no remote furniture falling apart no garbage can no Kleenex didn't change our towels all weekend if the bedding wasn't clean we would of left will never return to this place if you decide to go good luck

The worker put us in a room that was not cleaned frim the the previous guests. There were no bedding on one if the beds no pillow cases on the pillows, food in the floor, used shampoo bottles in the shower, , used soap by the sink, he couldnt get us bedding as he said they were out. HUGE ants all over, holes in the walls, curtain rod was torn off one end of the wall, food caked on the light switch by the sink, the sink and mirror were filthy .when we first went to our room after checking in we noticed the room door was wide open, we had to have the guy at the desk come check the room before we would ever enter the room to make sure no one was in it. We asked for a diffrent room but the worker said he didnt have anymore. Due to the concert going on all the area hotels were full so we were unable to find somewhere else to stay. The next day we asked for a diffrent room and the worker said he didnt have any open,, although when we returned after the concert late Saturday night we noticed 2 empty vacant rooms. I have called several times tobspeak to manager but she isnt ever there and no callsnare returned to me. A complaint was filed and the Health department was notified as well as the BBB.

Would not recommend. Room smelled like cigarettes, mold in bathroom, didn’t feel safe, everything was dusty and dirty. I don’t know if they had dust mites or bedbugs but the whole time my family was itchy and had small red dots randomly appearing. Go somewhere else, there are other places are just as affordable but so much cleaner than this place.

Worst property of all time. Front desk was abandoned for nearly 30 minutes and no one could check in late at night. Loud drug addicts running the parking lots all night. Every bed sheet heavily stained and large visible particles littered the entire bedsheet. Every hard surface dusty. Gunk in the bathtub floor. Walked in and could not stay longer than 10 minutes before being forced to book another stay in another town an hour away at midnight. 0/10. I would give negative stars if possible. I NEED MY MONEY BACK BECAUSE I CANNOT GET MY TIME BACK.

I can’t recommend this place.

Room was HOT - air conditioner only blew hot air. Room smelled terribly of cigarette smoke. Bedspreads had stains, there was a dead bug in one of the beds. In the shower, I found a dirty washcloth hanging on the shower curtain. Didn’t feel overly safe here.

To start, I booked a non smoking room. The room smelled of smoke. The stains on the comforters, lamp cover and drapes were not appealling. The Red Rooff Inn has seen better days. The rust on bathroom door frame was another sign a remodel is coming. The good was plenty of hot water and air condition.

Terrible the cops busted in somebody’s room next-door. My kids and I got scared for our lives. They thought they was. My kids thought the police was coming for daddy. I had to calm him down the room smelled like wet dog. A lot of activities was going on parking lot nowhere to take your kids to.
