No carpet, so in a first floor room you hear walking overhead all the time (last night a running kid for almost 2 hrs….I did complain to front desk after 10 pm and they took care of it). Also A/C units were right outside bedroom window so noisy when running. Room overall was clean but in need of a cosmetic “refresh”…. chipped paint, dirty-looking and gouged trim particularly around all doorways. Bathroom was very clean, plenty of towels, but blinding light in there! Also toilet “ran” on and off all the time. Bed linens were nice, three decent pillows. Some electrical outlets in bedroom did not work. Very friendly staff.

The room was just ok. I don’t know why they gave us a handicap room as I did not request one. Because of this, we didn't have a tub. The room was the first room in the hall so it was very noisy. I have been in MANY hotels and requested a queen bed. This was by far the smallest queen bed than I've EVER had!! It was miserable for my husband and I, even with both of us being of average size. Had we been of larger size, we would not have fit! The soap dish in the shower was disgusting and covered with a black "something"!
