Shower was crazy. Faucet was extremely hard to adjust. Went from very cold to super hot with just a very little turn. Extremely hard to adjust. Fancy toilet paper holder was also crazy. Roll kept falling on floor. Parking costing $30 per day not connected to hotel. You needed to walk almost a block to get there and back outside in whiteout conditions and extreme temperatures. Would never stay there again. On the good side, their employees were super friendly and nice. But this is not the high class hotel they think it is. Only the dollar amount.

The rooms could be improved. Bathroom walls dirty, no mini refrigerator in room.You have to park behind the building and walk from the back around to the front due to no back entrance.No breakfast and the food they have is overpriced just like the rooms.

Cozy, quiet, modern, clean. Our room was the perfect size and layout. We stayed New Years Eve and were surprised by how quiet the building was… for all the traffic and loud, excited party guests in the lobby and street. The walls must be very well insulated. The staff was always professional, helpful & kind. I’d love to have a reason to stay here again.

The temperature in the room was unable to be controlled. The temp said 66 degrees, but it felt more like 80 degrees. Sweating all night, couldn’t get the temp of the room to drop, even when we set it 68, or even 70 nothing would change. The staff were kind, the room was clean and all, it was just the insufferable temperature. Room # 328
