Calling it a "resort" is a stretch

CONS: Overpriced, especially since anything and everything was extra cost. Our dome was old and tired with frayed chairs & rugs and poor visibility as the window covering was no longer clear. PROS: Great location with a short drive to Grand Canyon, clean with friendly staff and great outdoor fun options if you have kids. Clear the promotional photos and videos are from a time when the place was brand new.

Not what expected or advertised

This was absolutely not what we expected or as advertised online. Thw property and the domes are in poor shape and dont seem to bw maintained at all. The refrigerator and heaters did not work in our room. It rained the night we stayed and in the morning there were multiple leaks. We decided it wasnt worth it to stay and left a day early....losing money.

It was cold and windy there. The room had very little heat. We had to leave and forfeit our money for the second night because we couldn’t take another night of freezing cold. The restaurant was closed for breakfast due to staffing issues. Very poor experience.

Staying here was one of the most wonderful & relaxing trips ever. The property is beautiful, and very well maintained. The Staff there are most accommodating, and are always there to make your stay perfect. For a nice chill experience, this is a lovely destination.
