No outlet in bathroom and the bathroom door was hard to open and shut

Room was clean and decent

The lad at the front desk helped as much as he knew how to. The housekeeper must've been having a bad day, stains on the pillow cases (I didn't dare flip one to see the other side), the floor was fairly filthy, and I did not even shower in that tub area! The temperature in the room was extraordinary HOT when I arrived. The staff should've at least turned on the AC unit an hour before chkin time. I won't go on any longer. They got me one time, but never again!

the only issue we had with the hotel is the steps at the entrance they are covered with loose rugs, i tripped on the first step on the rug if i had fallen i would have sustained serious injuries due to the concrete steps, they should anchor those rugs or remove them very serious hazard for any one specially seniors

Room and halls needed vacuuming, staff was okay,

The cleaning staff was great and the hotel had all the amenities needed with gym, pool, and restaurant. If something breaks on Sunday you will be without it. There is no maintenence on site or on call. If you report it on Sunday, report it again on Monday because the report of a breakdown gets lost between Sunday and Monday. The hotel is showing it's age with worn carpets and moldy bathtub caulking. Yes these are just maintenance items but given their current state it shows that there has been a conscious decision not to address them.

Nice place to stay! Staff are helpful and friendly! We’ve stayed here 3 times now & they have been consistently great.
