We checked in 7 pm at night... our room was on the 4th floor, but the key reader wasnt working. We went back to the desk, and were assigned a room on the 2nd floor, but when we opened the door we saw another persons bags. The room had occupants. We were finally given a room on the 5th floor and told us it had some type of problem,but we could have it. We had to manually flush the toilet bc the chain inside was missing. The staff seemed pissed and stressed about many problems, but not at all concerned about giving us keys to an occupied room. The room aside from the toilet, wasnt too bad.

The room wasn’t cleaned very well, had no blankets or sheets for the couch bed, asked for some they told us they didn’t have any extra, tv had no remote to even watch tv, the breakfast was good, and staff was friendly! Over all not to bad
