There were a lot of food options which was one reason I stayed there. Very convenient buffet breakfast with a lot of options. Good coffee shop, bar and restaurants plus room service. I liked the option to skip housekeeping and get more points for my account which was good for me as a single traveller and not needing daily housekeeping. Some areas were a bit old and needed renovation. All staff I met were helpful. The wait for a table at breakfast in the morning was too long. They had only one staff member doing a lengthy process to check people in and show them around the buffet and to their table while many hungry people waited. Two staff would have been better to not keep people waiting ages. The tram right outside the hotel was extremely convenient. Location was good and an easy walk to Cavil avenue for food and activities. I would stay again.
