Oaks is alright in a pinch

Customer service was good. Room was clean enough. Carpet deodedizer was strong and made us feel nauseous and itchy. Water pressure made loud noises and woke us up.

The property was convenient to wherever you wanted to go to and the tram stop was right in front of the hotel. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

I didn't like waking up at 3am to be evacuated This was extremely stressful without any explanation as to why.. We couldn't get back to sleep and my wife wasn't happy. I think a free night accommodation will cheer her up
