Issues Encountered During My Recent Stay

Firstly prior to my check-in, I received communication stating that the parking fee would be $20. However, upon my arrival, I was charged $25 instead. When I inquired about the difference, I was informed that the parking fee had been increased some time ago and that the previous rate was no longer applicable. While I understand that pricing adjustments are sometimes necessary, I believe it is important for guests to be provided with the most up-to-date and accurate information prior to their arrival. Receiving outdated information not only causes confusion but also affects the overall guest experience. Secondly, regarding my room reservation, I had requested a room with a bathtub. I fully understand that such requests are subject to availability and cannot always be guaranteed. However, during check-in, I specifically asked the front desk staff whether my room included a bathtub and was assured that it did. Unfortunately, upon entering the room, I found that there was no bathtub. This discrepancy between the information provided at check-in and the actual room amenities was quite disappointing.

Convenient in location walkable to all shops and food optuons, close to the tram station if looking to go see other attractions, dislike that lifts were so slow not hotel problem as was long weekend but fact have 1 lift to carpark if on top floors so have to use 2 lifts and that could.take close to 20mins, and our room phone was not working so took almost 30mins to order from room service. Would highly recommend this hotel if want the medium priced hotel as has everything in the one location.

Worst accommodation I have ever been. No bags in the rubish bin, all the plumbing fittings loose for potential hazards for toddlers. Lots of pavings around outdoor pool were loose. Also it wasn't heated pool at all. I reckon someone with little kids needs to reconsider to stay here as it has got lots of safety issues.
