When we got there only 1wine glass no ice cubes in the freezer and no fresh water in the fridge. Other places we have stayed at have a jug of fresh water in the fridge and ice cubes in the freezer and there is always 2 of everything in the cupboard. It definitely was not worth $237 a night.

Overpriced property for what it is. Really needs a refurbishment - very run down in room and surrounds and didn’t feel very clean. One good point is that it is very central.

Terrible place, run down, moldy from water damage. Unit not cleaned properly, Urine stains on bed, smokers in room underneath so couldnt open doors. I was sick the 2 nights I was there. My honest opinion if you reading this review BOOK ELSEWHERE! even if it costs slightly more

The hotel was walkable to the Star Casino, Pacific Fair Shopping and the light rail. There were several good restaurants and cafe's within walking distance as was the beach. the receptionist was very nice and helpful. The room was clean.

This is cheap and cheerful property. You get what you pay for. It is close to the Oasis Shops and Broadbeach Restaurants. There was a washing machine, but the dryer was down in the basement. The kitchen area had limited cutlery and crockery, only enough for 2 people.

Perfect for location, Broadbeach is a safer area with lots of restaurants, the Oasis and Pac fair are walking distance, room is good and awesome if you’re on a budget with cooking facilities in room and laundry close by.

I am not sure why this place is a 4star hotel because it felt like staying in a 2 star one. Yes the location is great but the rooms definitely need to be redone all over. We supposedly booked a renovated room but not sure if it was actually renovated or not. The kitchennete handles almost fell off when we tried opening. The room also had a funny smell. The bathroom tub is way too high for tall people or short people. Felt so unsafe getting out of the shower/tub. The shampoo sachet was not enough for two people luckily I brought my own. The pillows were flat like paper and there was no doona which was extremely disappointing as the night was cold. It was just a flat sheet. We did not want to touch anything in this room as we thought it would just break. In the morning I killed 2 ants in the bed (which were crawling around). I am not sure why this place charges so much… luckily we only stayed a night but will definitely not be returning here. The road is also very noisy and was hard to sleep in the morning.

Parking in the area was scarce and the hotel car park was full, the fantastic reception lady created a space in the hotel driveway that is normally a tow away area, great service !
