Ótimo custo benefício

O hotel é muito bom, considerando o custo benefício. O café da manhã é ótimo, traz muitas opções, incluindo frutas e iogurtes e sanduiche natural para quem gosta de uma alimentação mais saudável. A localização é perfeita, bem próximo a feira do sol, padaria, açaiteria, dentre outros. Possui manobrista, um cafezinho no rall de entrada que também é um lugar bem agradável. A minha única queixa é com relação a cama, pois o colchão, apesar de ser bem espaçoso(tamanho king), ele estava muito afundado, acredito que por ter muito tempo de uso. No mais, a estadia nesse hotel é perfeita. Recomendo muito

Não me hospedaria novamente

Os funcionários mal humorados, sem vontade de atender os hospedes. A pessoa no check-in parecia estar desorientada. O hotel está com as instalações bem velhas, com aspectos de falta de manutenção e limpeza. O banheiro do nosso quarto estava com o ralo do box entupido, alagando o banheiro após tomar banho. No café da manhã não tinha funcionário de apoio. As mesas ficam sujas fazendo com que os hóspedes mesmo as limpe para tomar seu café. Não há reposição adequada. Se você chegar tarde, fica sem alguns itens.

Não é a primeira vez que nos hospedamos lá.... Mas o hotel está piorando e despencando.... Quartos com cheiro de mofo: tivemos que dormir com a janela aberta para pararmos de tossir, água minando do teto e paredes do banheiro, lodo pra tudo quanto e lado.... Meu Deus! Ah... O elevador, vocês teme despencar, o café da manhã estava com casca de ovos no omelete, presunto velho, mesas sem limpeza e sem tirarem os pratos, copos, talheres e limparem do último usuário.... Infelizmente foi a última vez!

Pelo preço, é um hotel ok. Bom café da manhã, bem localizado e ambiente agradável. Ficamos no 10° andar e o barulho do motor do elevador é alto, o que atrapalha o sono (peça um quarto até o sétimo andar), o aspecto do elevador denota pouco zelo e passa insegurança. A internet dos hóspedes o tempo todo deu login e senha errada... (login: n°do apto e senha: 2+n° do apto) quando solicitei auxilio para recepcionista, a mesma fez pouco caso... Fiquei usando a internet da administração msm...
