Very good first impression while walking in the hall for the first time. Courteous and helpful staff, still a little bit inexperienced, may need some hotel consultants professional help for their training, but overall very polite and caring.
The room was nice and clean, not too quiet due to some kids down the hall. Food was very tasty, but the food I ordered late at night came in at a not ideal temperature, warm to cold... nevertheless the taste was good. There were two different menus in the room, an old one left behind which was confusing to the restaurant staff (and cheaper), but upon discovering the discrepancy they quickly delivered a new menu.
Pools stay open till 11pm. Only a few pools are heated/thermal, but being in a tropical climate it doesn't hurt to have some ambient temperature pools.
There are plenty of amenities, such as the pools, a pool table, a couple of specialty rooms for business/family gatherings (parties of 10 or more can schedule a Japanese or a French style room/food)... there are more amenities I didn't have time to use.
The price was pretty good for the level of service, in comparison to other options available in the city.
Overall it was a comfortable and relaxing stay, a little bit away from the city's main area. I would recommend this hotel for friends and family.

As an addendum to my first review...we checked out a day early and confirmed that the hotel would not charge us for the last night. I had prepaid through Expedia, so went through Expedia to request a refund for our last night. They contacted the hotel on our behalf, and the hotel denied our refund! Very disappointed as we regularly stay there when we visit Goiania. Lesson learned...don't prepay if there is you can pay at the hotel.
