Some things were disappointing. Although the staff were friendly, there was no soap or shampoo in the room when we got there, our room faced and outside stairway, the air conditioner was old and didn't work right, remote for TV hardly worked, pool only opened at 9 a.m. much too late.

Don't let the outside fool you. The rooms have been very nicely renovated over the last 2 years and are very comfortable and immaculately clean. Truly enjoyed our 2 night stay.

Office staff were friendly and helpful. Signing in was quick. I was informed of stores close by and other points of interest. Our room might be a little small but for the price, it was well-equipped, TV, fridge, microwave, table and chairs. The bathroom was spotless and the shower was excellent. With plenty of parking and a comfortable bed, not to mention the great pool, this motel is a great bargain.

The cleanest room I have been in for many years. Behind the bathroom door is a good indicator of how dedicated the maid service is. This entire bathroom sparkled. If we could have gotten a ground floor room the whole experience would have been a 10.....but 9.5 isn't bad !
