It was very confusing finding the hotel, the rooms were just as pictured, customer service was not great. But over all good view, the tub was nice and the room was very comfortable

Loved the room I was in, like a little studio. Location was convenient and easy access to the trams.

Room was always cleaned well, hotel clearly focused on sustainability, good range of options at breakfast

Strange design for a hotel. Perhaps but design in quotes. It was a little strange having to go from the lobby to the sixth floor and then across then down to the third floor to our room but there you go. When it began to make sense it was already time to leave.

Fabulous location and lovely rooms.

They are awful at communication and the AC makes an awful noise. I couldn’t sleep the last night over the noise even with earplugs and they refused to refund the final night
