Bathroom wasn’t clean and have a unclean smell in the room. The floors don’t get mopped properly. Beds falling apart. Brown water coming out of sink and shower!

Terrible stay, hair everywhere in rooms and beds , stank in room and hallways. Filthy bathrooms and housekeeping was terrible as well and it was hot during stays never again…

Been in Jackson for a week and this is the cleanest, nicest hotel we have stayed in. Very upgraded and kept clean. I appreciate rooms with hardwood floors not carpet that traps all the filth people track in. The manager at the front was very helpful. There is a pool, even though it’s small, which is great for these hot summer days. Wish I would have spent all my nights in Jackson here instead of trying other, gross hotels. Our basic room had a chair and table, large television, microwave, and large fridge. Very nice.

Didn’t like $50. deposit to my credit card that will take 2-3 days to get refunded. Lamp on desk did not work. Limited parking as had to park long ways from my room.
