The building looks like it’s about to go abandoned the rooms are small and tight. We seen a big ass rat running by the pool. And our water would not cut off in our room and the refrigerator wasn’t cold they had to move us to a different room. For this to be the hiltons I have stayed in better hotels than this

Lots of trash throughout the hallways. However our room was clean. Front doors kept opening and closing and one of the doors to the pool was completely off the hinges and leaning against the doorframe. Pool was dirty and terribly cloudy so our kids were very disappointed not being able to swim. Front desk staff were polite. Parking lot seemed to have some suspicious people lurking about. Two people parked directly next to us spent several hours in their car smoking cigarettes. There were a pile of butts on the ground the next morning. The building itself needs some repairs, maintenance. Would not stay here again and do not recommend.

I have reservation for July 17 through the 19th. No one is at the front desk after 9 o’clock at night didn’t come on the 17th of July when I get to the hotel on the 18th they say my reservation was canceled, but I was still charged the hotel fee checked in on the 18th online. Checked into my room that was sunflower seeds in the windowsill floor was very sticky like someone was something and didn’t clean it up the front desk person was trying to clean the room and check me in. I had to wait about 20 minutes to be checked in. It was a horrible experience would not go there again.

Pool not filled! No coffee after breakfast, had to ask for kleenex. No hand soap. . Fridge didn't freeze for pop sickles,, Bathroom could use a cleaning, No Continental breakfast.
