Staff was friendly, we had stayed here a year ago and liked it so booked it again. We had a portable a/c unit that was put in the bedroom which was horribly loud and the bedroom was an ice box and the rest of the room remained humid and warm. The pipe ran to the outside through the window so you could hear absolutely everything outside too (traffic, people yelling, etc). The hotel was not that busy so I'm not sure why this room was even rented out. The breakfast was basic and ok. The icing on the cake was the day we were to check in, I Googled the address. I had a pop up that offered that room for $65 cheaper than what I had "booked early for savings". It was just a disappointing stay sadly.

Clean room and very helpful staff, they were ready to check us in very early in the morning after being dissatisfied from another hotel

When we booked the hotel, we were under the impression that complimentary airport and MOA shuttle was included because thats what it said on the website on hotels.com. On the day of check-in, we were told that the hotel did not offer it. The only solution the front desk offered was to cancel our room reservation. It was Labor Day weekend and MN State Fair so we decided to stay. We had to call U we for our ride to MOA and the airport and it cost us about $200, money that we thought we didn’t have to spend because the hotel was advertised as Airport Shuttle Included. One side of the curtain rod was hanging off the wall so water went all over the toilet seat. We told the front desk the following morning but nothing happened. We also didn’t get housekeeping service because they skipped our room the first day and the second day was Labor Day and the housekeeping team had the day off. On our last day the toilet did not flush, luckily it was our last day there. Overall, it was a horrible experience and when we bring it to the front desk’s attention, they did not seem to care.

The “parking” situation was essentially nonexistent. The kitchen manager and breakfast was truly amazing, good food, the most positive and uplifting hotel breakfast I have EVER seen.
