Cozy little motel in the heart of Sundance. Walking distance to almost anywhere in Sundance. The man at the front desk was super friendly and helpful!

Nice, little motel. Be advised that there tends to be no staff there at night. I had to retrieve my room key and receipt from the dropbox. This was fine except they didn’t give me the Wi-Fi password with the key.

The rooms are quiet and for the price it wasn't too bad. The bed was pretty old and the staff were not around the whole time. There was supposed to be breakfast in the morning, but there was a note on the office that due to staffing issues there would not be.

I had to stay in Sundance because of intense fog in the night. Leigh met me at the hotel after a half hour, after I reserved a room on line. There was poor television, and no breakfast as advertised.

Was checking in late and got a call to make sure I could get in since office closed. Lady was nice and friendly. Key was where they said. Parking was tight in the middle area. I was I. Full size truck and couldn’t see any way of getting in to park. Parked on street out front. Room was not what I reserved. But office closed so chose to wait til morning to address did not get what I reserved and paid for. Bed pretty hard, not the most comfortable. You can hear neighboring room had tv on, so not the quietest. Don’t plan on sleeping in. 5am and you hear doors opening and closing, vehicles right outside door so horns beeping, doors shutting, etc. I saw bad reviews on breakfast and didn’t want to wait til 8 so I headed across the street to cafe. It was great. Will definitely look for somewhere else next time but if was only option, I would make it work.

Bed was comfortable. The water was hot. The bathroom was clean. The place was quite. Nothing to complain about. It was a nice old school place with an actual room key not a swipe card. No frills just a good room.

Staff were friendly and the property was well-maintained and clean. The restaurant across the street was closed on Monday & Tuesday. The other nearby dining option was a local bar with an enormous cloud of cigarette smoke inside. I took my food to go!
