Clean room

I found black hairs through out my room, we reserved the wellness space to wrap up our trip, I spoke with 3 different people to ensure the space would be ready for us, it was not - I was brought down in the pitch black & the sauna was not on - I understand there can be issues, but the issue should have been known before trying to use the space - also, the bath tub is way too high, I slipped trying to get out which left a bruise

The breakfast was very good and the staff were wonderful.

Very nice 5-star hotel with excellent access to the trains.

Our best stay ever. The room and hotel were very clean, well maintained, helpful and friendly staff, great location and amazing food. We were sad to leave
