Run down facility, no working elevators, stairwell falling apart, unclean, and not well lit, lobby reeks of smoke, pool is not functional, paint peeling off walls in room, smell of mold in room, unsafe parking lot.

We loved everything about this hotel! Staff was so nice and friendly! We got a nice room and traveled with our pups

The apartment was clean and enough space to accommodate everyone. It was difficult to get in touch with the property especially on the weekends. We requested additional covers which we never received. There were only two rolls of toliet tissue in each bathroom and I was there for 4 nights/5 days. The beds could be more comfortable but overall it was a great stay.

The staff was super nice and check in was smooth. There was a cockroach in one room (we had two) but we were so tired, and it's Tennessee, so we just went to sleep. The breakfast needed work. No coffee available, only decaf. A hotel With no coffee is just silly. The breakfast was ok but most items ran out by 8:30 am. Several options were broken as well. The fitness gym was also closed and I don't believe they even have a pool. Not that it would matter, we were just there for a quick sleep before we hit the road again. Okay to stay here for a quick sleep but I wouldn't stay again

My check in process was horrible there were no rooms available I paid for a king bed 1 room and ended up with a double room! When arrived no room was available. There bugs, and bathroom door was wasn’t really cleaned! Barley saw hotel staff no where to be found!
