Very tired and dated hotel. The staff don’t do much to make you feel welcome. Breakfast is awful - with important things missing (such as milk). Uncomfortable beds, awful showers. The gym wasn’t even a gym.

I would book this hotel again. It was well priced and in a very convenient area for travel. But there are two things that stick out: 1. The hotel room door didn't fully latch shut when I left for an hour. When I came back the door was visibly open. Luckily my room was further away and I was only out briefly. So the chance for someone to go into my room was limited. But it's still concerning. Nothing was missing. You need to make sure the door is fully shut, with a lot of force. 2. The WiFi policy is kind of odd. Only one device per room could connect at a given time. So if you have multiple devices (e.g traveling with a phone, tablet, and a laptop) or multiple people, not everyone can use the WiFi at the same time. Unless you pay extra. You have to log in and log out.

We went Easter weekend and never saw a single other person. No guests. No staff. Was really weird. The room was clean and nice. The hotel was filled with interesting antiques. No breakfast was served.

AC didn't work well. No bottle refill station. Average breakfast Soulless bar Great location for the messe

Everything was great

The place was so nice and clean people working were so hospitable. Breakfast was amazing with a lot of variety. I strongly recommend this stay in Hanover for a pleasant visit.
