The best place to stay, super clean

Rhonda was a great host and very attentive to our needs and maintained contact and always available for questions

Vehicle was vandalized when parking in a spot not know it was assigned because i was informed that i could park anywhere and parking was abundant. Along with the vandalism to my vehicle i was left with a hateful note.

The room smelled very strong of carpet deodorant. It felt like it was a cover up. This property was very nice when it was first built after Hurricane Harvey but I feel like it has been ignored. There is mold on the ceiling. It just has not kept the standard.

The location is great, it’s basically right at the beach. The staff is very hospitable and friendly. However, the linens and towels were stained, even when they brought fresh ones. And the freezer had an odor.

It was very clean and comfortable stay. Only problem was the right side stairway was not lighted.

They will not let you check in not even 1 minute before 4pm. Even though rooms are available. Then they have 2 lines with about 10-15 people in each line. Horrible check in. The property is old and looks like parts of it are just crumbling. Especially the balconies. They don't look safe at all. The reason I give this hotel 4 stars is for the location. Right on the beach!
