The room was clean and the staff were very nice and helpful. I had nice experience.

Beautiful hotel and convenient location.

It took almost 40 minutes to find someone to check us in. Then when we got to our room both the sink and tub in the bathroom were backed up and full of hair and water that didn't belong to us. The room itself was pretty but the tub and sink shouldn't have had sitting water in them, it made me question how much the housekeeping actually cleaned between customers renting the property.

The property was poorly maintained. The hall carpets, and the carpets on the stairs were ripped. They were broken tiles in the bathroom. The place looked like it hadn’t been painted since the great depression. This place is a dump.

I had excellent communication with the corporate office and the on-site manager. The building is fabulous with an excellent gym, rec room and pool. The garage is easy to get in and out, plus a brewery right next door...it was the perfect choice. I will look for the company in other cities for future travels.

I've stayed here twice for baseball games and absolutely love it. Super close, clean, and surprisingly quiet.

When we needed assistance the front desk staff was rude, dismissive, and seemed to not be knowledgeable about their rules or payment methods.

The hallways smelled worse than the rooms, but neither were pleasant. If you plan to take a shower, make sure you bring shoes to wear in there, there’s visible dirt and grime clearly never cleaned. There were men yelling and fighting threats at each other outside our door in the hallway. It’s right next to a smoke shop so that’s something if you don’t want to be surrounded by that.
