We ended up getting a handicap room so the shower flooded the bathroom floor, the shades for the window were not optional, we were in complete darkness without artificial light. We were there for a day so we tolerated it but it would not have been okay for a longer stay

Check-in online did not work. So we ended up with a room equipped for 1 person, bed sheets for 1 person, etc. The pillow case was stained with rust. I had to ask for the complementary drink we were entitled to get. I received a voucher for a soft drink for one person. Nothing for the second person despite I paid for a double room i.e. for 2 persons. There is no cleaning service unless you ask for it. The experience was not pleasant.

We liked everything about this property however, this property does not have air conditioning. We had to open the window and open the door into the hall way (all night - we felt very vulnerable) and the temperature was still 25 degrees C. We reported it to the front desk - they said it was eco friendly and so there is nothing they could do. We ask for a fan - no fans available.

Very close to public transport and close to the airport. Quiet area and safe. Staff were very helpful and friendly. We ended up arriving earlier than expected and they held our bags till a room was available.

Great modern clean hotel near Airport.

Long queue at check in so may have just arrived at a busy time however check in was prompt once we were served. Rooms modern, clean and well appointed. Breakfast had good selection and tasty, Bar area took ages to get service, appeared to be understaffed in that area also serving the restaurant,so this was the only gripe.

My husband had a health emergency late at night. There was no one at the desk at that time but there was a phone. I called the number that was listed on the phone and was so relieved that someone answered. The lady came and called the paramedics for me. Everyone was so helpful and kind. I wish we had been able to stay and enjoy the area.

Breakfast let it down big time. Also quite far from the centre. However ultra modern new build hotel with high ceilings, and good bathrooms. As usual with Swiss hotels everything works perfectly and shower has great pressure.

DO NOT BE FOOLED!!!!! I stayed at this hotel twice in 1 week when flying in and out of GVA and thought the hotel was lovely until I had 300 Euros stolen out of my wallet by the hotel staff while storing my luggage in the luggage storage area off of the lobby. 300! When dropping our bags off, staff gave us tickets to retrieve our luggage when it was time to check-in. When coming to pick up our luggage, tickets were not even looked at and they told us to just grab our bags - against policy! 300 Euros were stolen from my wallet, most likely by a staff member as they were the only ones who saw me put my purse in my bag. Now the hotel refuses to talk to me on the phone and has not answered any of my emails in weeks. VERY DISAPPOINTED. Do not stay here or use their luggage storage room!!!

Great stay close to Geneva Airport

This hotel was perfect for our needs. We were close to the airport and the hotel added great extra touches. We were provided a public transport pass for the duration of our stay and this made commuting into Geneva extremely easy. The restaurant food was excellent and reasonable by Geneva standards. The entire precinct is relatively new and everything was still fresh. The staff were extremely efficient and friendly. The airport shuttle was also very useful.

I had an excellent stay at the IntercityHotel Geneva. The hotel was modern, clean, and extremely comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the service was consistently professional. My room was well-appointed and quiet, perfect for both rest and work. I particularly appreciated the convenient location with easy access to public transportation. Overall, a very good experience, I would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to staying again.
