loud noise

Our stay was good except noise from upstairs was very loud day and night. Management was called, but the guest ignored the warning. Only reason we would not stay again is noise.

We had a good stay. Everything was clean and neat. Our only complaint was that the room was not at all sound proofed and we could hear everything going on outside as if it were right in the room.
