Family vacation

We only stayed one night. We as a family had 2 rooms one of them had been used by a smoker in a very recent visit. But other than that the rooms were clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was nice as well.

Best Budget Hotel Ever!

Loved our stay at the Super 8! It was nicely away from the crazy road. Had the best employees. The daily room freshening was super nice. The beds were really soft and everything was super clean. Super quiet. Good breakfast. Great for our big family and economical. I would love to stay here again.

If you travel with pets, this is a great place to stay. I really appreciate the reasonable pet fee, way cheaper cheaper compared to other hotels. They have big grass areas for dogs to walk. Very satisfied of the overall cleanliness and condition of the room. The location is also great, close to restaurants, shops and very close to Dollywood.

Hotel was clean but very dated. Breakfast was good. Only negatives were that my feet stuck to the carpet, and the A/C was a swamp cooler so there was SO much humidity in our room. Damp clothes would never dry even after 24 hrs.

The front desk gave someone a key to our room. That person open the door at 3am witch upset us so bad we could not sleep the rest of the night.
