Raja Gopal

Property owner was so arrogant and rude. He behaved like as if we are staying for free. Bathrooms are not clean. Water doesn’t drain. My kid got rashes because of unclean bed sheets. We went to complain that and were shocked the property owner shouting at us. If you want to ruin your trip just to save few bucks stay in this hotel. Good luck.

Overall not a bad place but I dont think we'd stay again. Mainly due to the distance up the hill to get back after being out all day. We had a few in our group with knee and back issues and one in a wheelchair. Its more of a walk than it looks in the photos. Pros: They were very willing to help when it came to a last minute request for a wheelchair accessible room and putting our large group near each other The rooms were large They offer coffee, fruit and cereal in the mornings The water in the shower was super hot which as greatly appreciated after a long day of walking the strip. Staff were friendly. Very inexpensive for the area Cons: The beds and pillows were super uncomfortable(for my groups preferences anyway) Everything is sort of falling apart or rusted in the bathrooms and there were some places that looked moldy/dirty in the showers. Water pressure isnt great The fridge froze everything and we couldn't turn the dial at all to lower the temperature Although it says no smoking it was very musty smelling in the rooms The TV in my room was a pain to use. The remote was working but barely. The room our friend was in had a leaking shower. We didn't hate the place but like I said we were all pretty uncomfortable in the mornings from the pillows and beds. The whole place sewms very outdated and sort of run down.

Respectful and would stay again

The super 8 in Gatlinburg was wonderful! The rooms were large and the beds were comfy. The hardwood floors were a nice touch from the standard carpet. The location was close to everything and walkable. Only things I would say would be to update the pool area and clean the gazebo nightly due to your standard bugs in nature. The balcony had a great view too! Would stay again!

It was clean and was at a good location. There were 5 of us that stayed in a deluxe queen room and we always had towels for everyone to shower. They made up the pullout couch for our daughter so she was not sleeping on just the matteress

2 nights for the price of 3 nights!!!

Main thing first, I signed up to pay at hotel, we stayed 2 nights, paid cash for both nights and card was still chrged for one night. Ended up pauing for 3 nights. Wasn't happy but didnt check bank card until we were almost home.The room was pretty clean and beds were comfortable. The location was great. Staff wasn't real friendly either.
