This hotel was very close and convenient to everything we needed to do in the area. We had everything we needed throughout our stay and did enjoy the double vanity feature. Parking was a little bit of an issue at times. Very limited spaces. Also, was a little disappointed in the “renovated room” that was described. It was still very dated with lots of wear and tear, even in the areas that had been updated.

The hotel is conveniently located on the main strip in Gatlinburg. The bed was comfy (not too hard not too soft).The room and hotel condition was average, but the price was very affordable! If you're looking for a comfortable place that is conveniently located for walking, it's a great choice!

Enjoyed the location of this property and ease of walking to things instead of driving in heavy traffic. Pool was nice but needs more shade umbrellas for guest. Rooms are clean and roomy but private balconies don’t have any views unless you are overlooking the pool area.

Bed was very confortable but the AC is old, super noisy and not working properly so the room was humid and smelly like mold. Disappointing for a renovated room! Also the bathroom door was dirty with dust and black hairs 😕
