No question a great place to stay. Good family safe environment. Pet friendly as well. After booking we had no delays or hold up on our room. Ask for a late check out and the owner was very quick to grant us a hour and a half after check out time with out hesitating.. definitely will book again if anywhere in the area and give this business our appreciation.

Overall good as we had stay several times prior. But the trend is not positive. Used to love the water pressure for the shower, now it is average at best. It seems to be getting old fast for some reason... we used to love coming here but this last one was borderline although the staff continues to be friendly and helpful.

Short trip to Gatlinburg

Room was good. Service was good. TV did not work properly. It kept putting a login screen on face of tv about every five minutes and had to turn tv off an on to make it go away then it came back. They said they could not fix it. The shower curtain was too narrow for the tub and the result was water would get over everything. Water pressure was great even maybe excessive and when you get out of the tub water is on the floor and on all the items in the bathroom. It was a comfortable hotel and people very nice but probably would not stay again because of the problems.

I have slept in foxholes so as an old guy it was OK for the price & very convenient! Entrance is rundown & weeds in the flower garden...broken concrete sidewalks...paper signs everywhere are also unappealing!

The best things about this hotel was its location and hot water pressure. Location is walking distance to everything in Gatlinburg. We got a good rate because it was off season. Room was renovated decently. Misleading about a balcony (see page photo) and pool is seasonal. It was ok.

The staff was super friendly and efficient. The room is extra big, and very clean. It is centrally located, so everything is within walking distance. I truly enjoyed my stay at the Reagan Resort Inn. I will stay there again.
