Great Stay for our family

Staff was amazing and quick to respond to a couple needs we had. Door to our room was hard to open but that was about it. The biscuits and gravy were better than Denny’s next door! Overall great stay!

It wasn’t quiet because of the “carshow” that we didn’t know about, but overall, good stay, good price. The breakfast was good, the housekeeping was good. The room smelled a little like a bottle of beer from the previous tenants but that is not the hotels fault necessarily.

I came to Pigeon Forge to go to Dollywood and enjoy the area. Dollywood was awesome! Unfortunately there was a car show or something so there were a lot of NoISEY cars driving on Parkway all day/night. Because of all the extra traffic I chose to not do as much as I was planning. The staff in the office were less than enthusiastic with their interactions and I observed lots of personal phone use. The room was fine and clean. Just nothing special.
