Clean and nice hotel, staff answered questions but seemed very young and not eager to answer questions. Adequate but not friendly or very talkative. Maybe some customer service training would be helpful and, perhaps an older or mature manager making an appearance would seem more professional.

The property is decent for what it is, clean but a hazard with the rooms with double beds. The frames sticks out and is a potential risk for people, I've hurt myself because of it with no help as to my injury. Staff could have been better in that scenario, I would not come back to this hotel

Decent stay.

I would have given a 5 star review but you can not sleep past about 8am. The rooms not only are very bright but this is the loudest hotel ive stayed at. People walking by, the elevator and doors are sooo lound through your door. Once everyone else is up and about do are you. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean, the staff was friendly.

Very exceptional fairly new looking as well. The rooms were impeccable comfortable spacious clean I would come back to this place many times. They have breakfast there is restaurants all over with walking distance as well there is a trolley that can take you too many different places in attractions so that's very convenient it is diagonally across the street from the Titanic attraction. I will definitely be visiting this place again.

The room was very nice and appeared to have been updated recently. The rest of the building could use a facelift. The parking on the lobby level is very tight. Luckily we found the basement parking. It has bigger spaces and is less used. Excellent location. The staff was helpful. The only negative there was while we were hanging out in the main lobby we witnessed a member of the house keeping staff get fired. The staff was there eating breakfast. This should have been done in private.
