Happy with stay. Would stay there again.

Both room and bathroom was large and accommodated both of our needs when getting ready. It had free parking and was ideally located for our stay and visit to dollywood and gatlinburg. We also took a walk to the nearby Margaretville. There was a shuttle but we didnt use it. We had a storm so it wasn't warm during our stay - the room aircon was controlled by a wall remote but it did not actually control the aircon unit. We asked the desk staff and they came up to help but had the same problem, in the end we covered the fan space with a towel to stop the breeze.

Comfy stay for the night

We needed to grab a hotel in the area for the night. Large room, VERY clean, and bed was comfortable for the price. Would recommend. Oh! Super close to downtown!

Looks like nicer hotel but needs some upkeep done

The hotel pool had dead bugs and green looking stuff in parts of the bottom and right over the middle was a huge ceiling/paint bubble with a hole in the middle (assuming the hotel has or had a leak that was or is still leaking into the indoor pool (the hot tub was much cleaner just hair and dirt in corners that could be easily cleaned up) went to front desk to ask for pool to be tested/cleaned and we kept checking to see if pool was cleaned afterwards but sadly it wasn’t and the shower/tub wouldn’t drain and you couldn’t set the desired temperature for the room it kept resetting itself to some energy saving mode front desk call was to no avail.

It is unfortunate that our room was not cleaned the first day. We had to go to the front desk for clean towels. The second floor seating deck looked as though it had not been cleaned in several days. It was a great place to end the day but ashtrays were full and cushions were in disarray, trash cans were full and seating was scattered.

I have to complain about the paid extra for breakfast. We ate at about 8:20 it being open from 7 to 9. Not busy. Pancakes were gone. Sausage links were the toughest I have ever bit into. Shoe leather is not an exageration. Overall rating is abysmal.

Happy Birthday/Mothers Day

We just wanted to get away as last Wednesday was my wife’s birthday and Sunday was Mother’s Day’s. While the weather didn’t cooperate with some of our thoughts and plans, we still made good use of our getting away. In the evenings, we started by just relaxing in the hot tub then going back and just lounging in the room. It was so great, that we made sure we after a day of shopping or walking, we were back in the hot tub. SUPER 😉!
