Don't stay here

The room was dirty, the beds were not comfortable, Pillows flat, shower water was no pressure and drain clogged so water filled tub, coffee maker did not work.no hairdryer, tv kept shuuting offwatwr damage on ceiling, rude foreign staff...made false accusations......will not reccomend nor stay there again.

This place was a good off season cheap stay for a weekend. It's right next to a loud amusement attraction and your room opened right on the loud attraction and crowds of people.

Mixed bag Budget Motel

This was a mixed bag for a budget motel. Clean surfaces and no bugs but old dated room with a strong musty smell. Room was quite spacious with big windows and lots of light. Bed was a bit lumpy but the chair was very comfortable. No maid service and no breakfast. Make sure to ask for extra towels. No elevator but there are ramps- no stairs. The go carts were just outside our very worn door and could be heard in the room but the excellent air conditioner helped drown out the noise and kept us comfortable during a heat wave. Parking was plentiful.

The rooms are not what they seem

The room is not as nice as the pictures portray. 80 drywall screws holding the sealing up and room was very low quality and out dated. There is a reason the rooms were so reasonably priced.

Property location was perfect for us. Near Titanic museum, Dollywood and Smokey mountain national park. Rooms, well it's a motel. I'm a germaphobe so some things made me uncomfortable such as the carpet ( get rid of the carpets please, breeding ground for "things"), The bathrooms have no vent system which is dangerous for those with asthma. Due to no vent in the bathroom that leaves space for mold, ceiling is buckling also because no vent. The walls ! Especially near the beds look filthy try red to be cleaned and repainted. Period. The walls and curtains the the room a dirty feel. I had to do my own quv clean to feel a little comfortable. I loved that there was a decent sized fridge and microwave! Making it family friendly to save a bit of money. I feel like the owners are on the property too so that is why a bit more elbow grease should go into room cleanliness. There are no excuses and clean does not mean you get to charge more money it's an expectation no matter what a consumer is paying. For example, shower curtains, window curtains , windows furniture can all be cleaned. Beds were decent but I sprayed the sheets and used travel covers and pillow cases and sanitized , cleaned everything my family had to use or touch even the hangers, door knobs and light switches. It's a lot of work but if the room had a cleaner feel then I would not have to do all that. But it's a fair location, people seemed nice although we had little interaction. I am sure if I would stay here again.
